- Hands-on experience on Charging System or any other vendor's IN
- Understanding of complete Charging system (IN) call flow and high-level knowledge of interfaces involved in Data/Call/SMS/VAS call flow
- Good understanding of server setup like, RAID configuration, Port configurations, OS loading concept
- Understanding high-level IP knowledge
- Linux Administration and basic Linux/Unix command level knowledge and shell scripting
- Troubleshooting skills using different tools like Wireshark, etc.
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix/RHOS platforms
- Good knowledge of Virtual/Cloud environment

NGVS

- Voucher Servers based on Cassandra
- Node Installation/upgrade/updates VS/NgVS
- Knowledge of Cassandra/Oracle Database

OCC

- Diameter knowledge and a good understanding of AVPs involved in diameter interfaces (Gy, Gx, Sy, SCAPv2, Ro)
- Node Installation/upgrade/updates OCC

CCN

- Good knowledge in SS7 Signaling, IP Architecture, Gx, Gy Interfaces, CAPV1,2,3,4, MAP, SCAP V1&2, INAP, etc.




- Troubleshooting skills (SS7/IP Trace Analysis through various tools)

SDP/AIR

- Node Installation/upgrade/updates SDP/AIR
- Load balancing (Subscriber) migration

IVR

- VXML/VXML-scripting will be an added advantage along with Charging System knowledge will be good
- Understanding of XML-RPC Methods and Interfaces
- Familiar with JAVA/J2EE Development (Java Scripting, JSP) and Related Technologies/Frameworks and Tools
- Experience on OCMP (Open Call Media Platform) & JBOSS Server
- Understanding of Contact Center IVR Technologies
- Familiarity with telephony/Call center infrastructure operations knowledge

ECMS

- Good understanding of RHEL (Redhat Linux) and Oracle Database
- Positive experience on ECMS/MINSAT or similar application
