- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, mutual fund distributors, and partners.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable mutual fund and financial products.

- Generate business from existing and recent clients through upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client/partner network.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets set by the company.
- Guide clients in monitoring and managing their mutual fund portfolios, conducting periodic portfolio reviews, and suggesting rebalancing when necessary.
- Lead and support junior team members, allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure smooth operations.
- Exhibit strong managerial qualities and take ownership of team-related responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports, and CRM updates, and coordinate with internal departments for onboarding, compliance, and service delivery.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Financial Advisory, AMCs, or Financial Platform Companies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products and financial markets.
- Ability to discuss and guide on portfolio management.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Target-driven, proactive, and client-focused.
- Good command over MS Office, CRM, and digital financial tools.
