The role is accountable for achieving regional sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the company's strategic business objectives.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or HVAC industry.
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
Robust understanding of refrigeration systems, compressors, and HVAC applications.
Experience in handling OEMs, distributors, consultants, and industrial customers is preferred.
