- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
- Prepare and file ROC returns, resolutions, and statutory documents through the MCA portal.
- Draft and maintain Board and General Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
- Manage and update all statutory registers and company records.
- Draft and review agreements, resolutions, and legal correspondence.
- Handle incorporation, share allotment, and transfer of shares.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and internal teams for audits and filings.
- Ensure proper documentation for corporate actions and compliance-related approvals.
- Support management in corporate governance, policy updates, and secretarial matters.
Job Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the Companies Act and other allied laws applicable to private companies.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MCA filings and ROC compliance.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in execution.
- Candidate should be under 35 years of age.
- Qualification: CS.
