- The role focuses on backend optimization, API performance tuning, and frontend-backend integration stability, with a strong emphasis on resolving production issues, improving system resilience, and enhancing user experience under high load conditions.
Required Technical Skills
Core Skills
- Robust hands-on experience in Drupal (8/9/10) backend development.
- Deep understanding of:
- PHP performance tuning and optimization
- cURL and Web API integrations
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as Sencha / ExtJS or similar JavaScript-based frameworks.
Advanced (Mandatory for This Role)
- Strong expertise in API performance and scalability, including:
- API traffic optimization and throttling
- Session management and authentication flows
- Frontend-Backend interaction patterns
- Proven experience implementing resilience and performance engineering patterns, including:

- Retry and backoff mechanisms

- API caching strategies
- Load balancing strategies

- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Drupal-based enterprise application development.
- Strong experience in performance tuning, system stabilization, and production support.
- Mandatory experience handling high API traffic, system instability, and performance-critical production environments.
