Job Summary:

CASA Realtech Private Limited is looking for dynamic, goal-oriented Property Advisors to join our growing team in Newtown, Kolkata. As a Property Advisor, you will act as a trusted consultant to prospective homebuyers, guiding them through residential property selection, site visits, and deal closures. Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, budget constraints, and preferences to recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Actively engage with prospective leads provided by the company, handle inquiries promptly, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Site Visits: Conduct structured property site visits with clients, explaining project specifications, floor plans, and localized amenities.
- Deal Closure & Negotiation: Guide clients through negotiations, pricing discussions, and payment terms to successfully close sales.




- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, ongoing project developments, and competitor pricing across Kolkata/New Town areas.
- End-to-End Support: Assist clients through the booking process, liaising with internal teams for home loan, CRM, and legal documentation support.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1-4 years in Real Estate Sales, Property Advisory, or High-Value B2C Direct Sales. (Freshers with solid communication skills may apply).
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration/Marketing preferred).
- Communication: Fluency in Bengali and English is essential; Hindi is a strong plus.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and active listening skills.
- Mobility: Personal 2-wheeler/4-wheeler with a valid drivers license is preferred for conducting site visits.
