About the Company

HNS Gold Pvt. Ltd. is one of India's fastest-growing organized gold buying companies with operations across multiple states. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Executive Talent Acquisition to strengthen our recruitment team and support our expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and branch positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare hiring plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for critical positions.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and coordinate joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
- Coordinate for seamless onboarding.
- Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, and walk-in drives whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- 3 -6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Corporate functions.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and interview techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Salary

3.00 4.00 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in retail, banking, financial services, or multi-branch organizations will be preferred.
