Job Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing strategies and online engagement.
- The Marketing Executive will be responsible for achieving a minimum monthly sales target of 5,00,000 (Five Lakh Rupees) through lead generation, customer acquisition, and successful conversion of business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the content and operations team to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Assist in planning promotional campaigns and branding activities.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing social media posts.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to generate and nurture business leads.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and online branding.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar marketing tools will be an added advantage.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment.

Language Requirements

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in:

- English
- Bengali
- Hindi

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- Freshers with relevant digital marketing skills are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates will be given preference.
