Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a energetic and analytical Team Leader Collection Pro to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing large teams, deep expertise in AR & Denial Management, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of RCM / AR specialists to consistently meet daily operational, productivity, and quality targets.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups, complex claims analysis, and Denial Management for Hospital and Physician billing lines.
- Track team KPIs, conduct regular 1-on-1s, perform root-cause analysis, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Resolve escalated collection issues and implement preventive workflows to reduce denial rates.




- Ensure strict adherence to client SLAs, HIPAA compliance, and operational guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with US-based client teams and internal leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as an On-Paper Team Leader, actively handling large teams.
- Core Expertise: Hands-on experience in AR & Denial Management (Hospital / Physician) is mandatory.
- Preferred Experience: Experience with NSA IDR (No Surprises Act - Independent Dispute Resolution) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent fluency in written and verbal English.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Shift Flexibility: Open and flexible to work across US shifts (EST / CST / PST).
- Location: Candidates residing in Kolkata are strongly preferred.
