Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Business Development: Achieve revenue and growth targets for BD Biosciences portfolio (flow cytometers, reagents, Software s and accessories). Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize market penetration. Identify new opportunities in clinical, research, and biopharma segments.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with clinicians, researchers, and procurement teams. Understand customer workflows and provide consultative solutions.
- Capital Equipment & Tender Management: Drive capital equipment sales through proactive funnel development. Manage tender processes.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate data in CRM tools (SFDC) and ensure timely reporting. Provide monthly funnel updates and forecast accuracy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with application specialists, service teams, and marketing for customer-centric solutions.



Coordinate with distributors for order execution and inventory management and track the progress on monthly basis.
