- Solid expertise in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Compliance Policies and MDM.
- Expert knowledge of Jamf Pro administration and macOS endpoint management.
- Advanced desktop management experience including SCCM/MECM, OS deployment and patch management.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise endpoint environments.
- Knowledge of Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint and Conditional Access.
- Scripting and automation using PowerShell and Graph API.
- ITIL process knowledge and strong communication skills.Role & responsibilities

- Provide L3 support for Intune, Jamf and desktop platforms.
- Lead endpoint management team and serve as escalation point.
- Manage device provisioning, deployment, compliance and lifecycle activities.




- Lead major incident resolution and RCA activities.
- Drive endpoint security and compliance initiatives.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and conduct KT sessions.
- Maintain SOPs, KB articles and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, apply hardening guidelines, and support vulnerability remediation.
- Maintain detailed documentation covering system configurations, topology diagrams, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to L1/L2 support teams.
