Position Title
IT Procurement Specialist System Integration

Role Summary
The IT Procurement Specialist will oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of hardware, software, and services required for system integration projects. This includes working closely with vendors, internal IT teams, and project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze system integration requirements and translate them into procurement needs
- Identify and evaluate vendors for IT & Networking infrastructure, software, and integration services
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with IT & Networking team to ensure compatibility and compliance
- Manage procurement lifecyclefrom requisition to delivery and implementation
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to inform sourcing decisions
- As per the directions, finalize the arrangements with OEMs/Partners/Vendors for any Govt. Bidding
- Finalizing rates with OEMs/Partners/Vendors with required documentations for Tendering or bidding purposes




- In time of those procurements all correspondences including documentations needs to be performed under the guidance of concern authority
- Responsible for keeping all MIS reports related OEMs/Partners/Vendors including procurement related reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Experience

- 3+ years in IT procurement or system integration sourcing
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms
- Exposure to large-scale integration projects (cloud migration, automation, etc.)

Tools & Platforms
- SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar procurement software
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
