Job Description

We are looking for a Project Feasibility Executive to conduct site feasibility assessments for upcoming KFC, Pizza Hut, and Costa Coffee stores. The role involves site surveys, measurements, MEP documentation, feasibility reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support new store development projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site recces and feasibility studies for upcoming store locations.
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare detailed site documentation.
- Capture and document MEP services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and utility points.
- Identify site constraints, risks, and opportunities affecting store design and operations.
- Define the project scope during feasibility in line with brand standards.
- Prepare feasibility reports with photographs, drawings, measurements,



and service mapping.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, and other stakeholders for layout planning and clarifications.
- Travel extensively across North India and other regions as per business requirements.
- Maintain organized records of feasibility reports for future reference and audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
- 3-7 years of experience in site feasibility, site surveys, or project execution within Retail, QSR, Commercial Interiors, or Fit-out projects.
- Valuable understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical, and other building services.
- Experience in preparing feasibility reports using MS Office with CAD support.
- Willing to travel extensively (10-15 days per month).
