We are looking for experienced SCM professionals for Solar / New Energy business. Candidates should have strong experience in EXIM coordination, MWS coordination, shipment tracking, vendor coordination, logistics documentation, service certification, invoice validation, SAP / ERP processing, MIS reporting and project logistics support.

Open Positions:

1. Executive / Senior Executive – EXIM & MWS Coordination
The candidate should have experience in import/export shipment coordination, freight forwarding, CHA/CFS coordination, shipping line coordination, customs documentation, Marine Warranty Survey coordination, shipment tracking and project cargo movements.

2. Executive / Senior Executive – Service Certification
The candidate should have experience in vendor invoice validation, logistics billing, freight billing, service certification, SAP / ERP service entry, PO-based billing, payment follow-up, documentation control and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate import/export shipments across sea, air, road, rail and multimodal movements.
- Track shipment milestones including supplier readiness, booking confirmation, SI/VGM submission, ETD, ETA, customs clearance, DO release, CFS movement and delivery.




- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, CFS, transporters, port teams, MWS agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Support Marine Warranty Survey activities for ODC, breakbulk, heavy-lift and project cargo shipments.
- Maintain shipment trackers, MWS status, documentation records, inspection status and pending action reports.
- Verify vendor invoices against contracts, rate cards, purchase orders, service entries, work orders and actual service completion records.
- Support invoice certification for transportation, freight forwarding, shipping lines, warehousing, CHA, CFS, port handling and allied logistics services.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Finance for PO amendments, rate mismatches, tax code issues, vendor master issues and payment block resolution.
- Prepare MIS reports on shipment status, invoice status, pending certifications, vendor-wise ageing, disputes and payment bottlenecks.
- Maintain proper documentation trail for audit and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of SCM / logistics coordination.
- Good understanding of EXIM shipment execution and documentation.
- Experience in CHA, CFS, freight forwarding, shipping line and transporter coordination.
- Working knowledge of MWS, project cargo, ODC, breakbulk or heavy-lift cargo will be preferred.
- Good understanding of vendor invoice validation, logistics billing and service certification.
- Working knowledge of SAP / ERP service entry and invoice processing preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoice compliance and PO-based billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, trackers and MIS reporting.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, reporting and documentation skills.
