Sr. Application Specialist

- Understand Products (ELISA, antibodies, primary cells, PCR) with their application.
- Support product understanding and troubleshooting for customers.
- Connect with customers in academic institutes and industry and support them.
- Work with Field Sales Team and Seniors in Field and Head Office to develop a sales plan
- Note it is not a Wet-Lab Job but requires technical skills to support customers.
- Drive cross-selling within your assigned top 50 accounts (companies/institutes/CHPs), with performance tracked via a structured point system and dashboard
- Develop white papers and application notes for Krishgen products, aligned to your assigned product category, with a target of one per month
- Maintain consistent and meaningful engagement on platforms like ResearchGate to build scientific visibility and generate inbound interest
- Identify and engage academic KOLs for ELISA-based collaborations, utilizing the defined framework.
- Lead and conduct factory visits and plan and attend roadshows to drive deeper customer engagement and lead generation
- Identify relevant KOLs for webinars and short technical videos across Krishgen, KinesisDx, and CTDS portfolios
- Provide regular, high-quality technical content and inputs to the website and marketing teams to strengthen our scientific positioning
- Play a robust role in sales enablement through structured trainings, technical inputs,



and development of tools such as battle cards to improve product positioning and conversion
- Create and upload validation documents to support product credibility and sales efforts
- Support NPE to PE conversion through technical validation, data generation, and customer engagement
- Actively analyze field DCRs to extract actionable insights, improve pitching effectiveness, and identify cross-selling opportunities across the team
- Deliver high-quality and timely technical support, ensuring strong complaint resolution and customer satisfaction
- Build scientific credibility for Krishgen products through consistent validation data, publications, and technical content
- Develop and manage strong academic and industry relationships to drive product adoption and collaborations
- Strengthen sales performance through effective training, technical inputs, and conversion support
- Contribute to overall business growth by influencing product adoption, cross-selling, and improving field effectiveness

Required Candidate profile

- BSc/MSc (Biotech)
- Exp using Excel and Word.
- Have good knowledge on ELISA, Antibodies, Proteins, Primary Cells, PCR
- Possess good personality and be able to work in a team
- Should have good interpretative and presentation skills.
- Practical training in previous job would be an added advantage.

Experience:

- Total work: 2 years (Preferred)
- Biotechnology: 2 years (Preferred)
