We are looking for a Senior Engineer Material Handling Equipment (MHE) & Warehouse Systems to support the design and engineering of warehouse infrastructure, material handling systems, and automation solutions for industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and engineer Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts, stackers, dock levelers, lifts, hoists, and cranes (EOT, Goliath, Jib, etc.).
- Develop and review warehouse layouts, racking layouts, man-material movement studies, inventory planning, and traffic analysis.
- Design conventional, non-conventional, and automated racking systems.
- Prepare engineering deliverables such as Design Basis, MDS, MR, TBA, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and review vendor drawings and documents.
- Support selection and engineering of conveying, palletizing, bagging, and automation/robotics systems.




- Perform basic structural checks related to racking and equipment loads.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with IS, ISO, EN, NFPA, NBC, and applicable safety standards.

Requirements

- 8–13 years of experience in Material Handling Equipment and Warehouse System Engineering.
- Experience in warehouse planning, racking design, crane engineering, and MHE selection.
- Exposure to warehouse automation, conveyors, palletizing systems, and robotics solutions.
- Solid knowledge of industrial warehouse design and material flow analysis.
- Experience in vendor engineering and technical reviews.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
