Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Tester to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in software testing, excellent knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, and the ability to identify, document, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute manual testing for web-based and enterprise applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate closely with Developers,



Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
- Ensure software quality and compliance with functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, test reports, and quality metrics.
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before release.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Manual QA Tester.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven experience in test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect reporting.
- Strong knowledge of functional and regression testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and document defects effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with JIRA for defect and project tracking.
- Experience with TestRail for test case management.
- Basic understanding of API testing and database testing will be an added advantage.

Education

- Any Graduate ( Science Preferred )
