Role Overview

As a Travel Executive, you'll be the voice of Holidify for travellers before & after they've been matched with an agent.

You'll handle their queries over WhatsApp, phone, and social media helping them reconfirm trip details, understand how to pay safely through Holidify, check on their booking status, and share feedback on their experience. This is a excellent starting role for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems on the spot, and wants to build a career in travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound traveller queries on WhatsApp (via AiSensy), phone calls, and social media in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner
- Guide travellers through post-match steps trip reconfirmation, understanding PaySecure (our secure payment option), and quotation follow-ups
- Follow up with travellers to confirm booking status and capture accurate booking outcomes
- Collect and encourage post-booking reviews from travellers about their agent experience
- Escalate unresolved or sensitive traveller issues to the right internal team promptly
- Maintain accurate records of traveller interactions and outcomes





Must-Have Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach when dealing with customers
- Basic comfort with WhatsApp, smartphones, and simple web tools
- Open to freshers — 0–1 years of experience

Good to Have

- Prior exposure to travel, tourism, or hospitality (even personal travel experience helps)
- Experience in a customer support, telecalling, or BPO role
- Familiarity with any additional regional language

Compensation & Logistics

- Compensation: 3 LPA
- Location: Mumbai (work from office during Tue-Friday and WFH on Saturday, Sunday if working)
- Weekly Off: Mondays off + Alternate Saturdays Off
- Work mode: 5 and half days a week with weekend shifts
- Joining on an immediate basis
