We are hiring a QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain to test our Core Banking Solution (CBS) and Integrated Loan Management System (ILMS) applications.
Location: Navi Mumbai - Ghansoli
Must-Have Skills:
- Manual & Automation Testing (Functional, Regression, Integration, E2E)
- Selenium with Java/Python
- Appium (Mobile Banking Apps) / Postman (API Testing)
- Solid SQL (Data validation, interest calculations, ledger verification)
- JIRA (Defect Management)
- STLC & Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- Basic OWASP principles (Banking security testing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing on CBS & ILMS modules.
- Validate workflows across loan origination, DPD buckets, delinquency management, and recovery flows.
- Prepare and execute detailed test cases based on technical and functional specifications.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, regression, and SQL-based back-end data validation.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA; collaborate with developers and business analysts.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Qualifications:
- Qualification: BSc (CS), BCA, BE, B.Tech, or MCA
- Preferred Domain: Banking & Financial Services (BFSI)
- Preferred Background: Candidates from KIA.in, Infrasoft, BR.net, or FinTech/Banking enterprise competitors
