Position Summary: (-SAP IBP Supply Planning)
SAP Supply Chain Management senior analyst, part of a global team, responsible for analyzing and implementing global enhancements and projects, in accordance with the companys pre-defined development and project management methodologies.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
• Determine Business Requirements
o Meet with users, management and colleagues to analyze and understand business requirements with sufficient detail to determine the appropriate solution.
o Record the requirements in a functional requirements document. Include input and output requirements, process maps, screen layouts and business benefits as appropriate.
o Coordinate the activity of other SAP analysts to ensure complete requirements are defined, including team members who are located off-site (India),and working with TE partners.
• Lead complex enhancement requests or projects in a cross-team collaboration.
o Meet with business users to understand their request and agree on an implementation plan.
o Monitor and manage activities linked to the project timeline and budget.
o Capture issues and engage with the relevant people to eliminate issues.
o Interact with Technical team to communicate requirements and design proposals.
• Configure the SAP IBP system when needed.
o Translate business requirements into -SAP IBP OBP (Resp & Supply) configuration.
o Enter, test, and migrate the required SAP IBP configuration to production.
• Test the SAP IBP system and its bolt on systems when needed.
o Provide integrated test scenarios to confirm a working solution for the business requirements.
o Test, or help others to test the system, documenting results.
• Provide Training
o Create and modify training materials, presentations and white papers.
o Deliver training to a projects local implementation team and to others as required.

Position Requirements/ Skills
• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience within an IT organization
• English Language, sufficient for clear verbal and written communication within a global company.
• Required expertise in the functional area of SAP Supply & Response Planning:
• Must have the skills below for IBP Response Planning position.
o Knowledge of Heuristic SOP operator.
o Fix issues for basic errors for heuristics.
o Input/output KF for heuristics/optimizer.
o Response & Supply master data/transaction data knowledge
o Handson experiences running and analysis issues for Deployment and confirmation.
o Data flows between demand and supply
o RTI outbound and inbound Integration with ECC SAP & S/4 systems.
o Must have fair knowledge on pegging strategy/fair share rule/demand categorization
o Working knowledge in set-up and customization of planning run profiles, network design, inventory optimization, deployment optimization & transport load builders.
o Working knowledge in SAP SDI to RTI migration projects.
o Work experience in SAP RTI set-up, configuration and customization with ECC and S/4 systems.
o End to end integration architecture in disparate system scenarios with CI-DS/RTI.
• Good to have skills below.
o CPIDS interface knowledge
o Production Planning (SAP PP/SD)
o Should be able model master data requirement and backup strategy in response planning.
o Should have excellent/solid knowledge in SAP ECC & S4/HANA
o Complete functional S/4 knowledge of all T-codes/tables related to OBP Response.
o Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
o Excellent oral and written communication.
o Ability to multi-task and adhere to the established project timeframe.
o Ability to contribute to the design and architecture of the proposed solution.
o Good have to hands-on experience or knowledge on IBP Demand/Supply (Time series)
o Capable of handling response implementation/configuration in IBP independently along with business users/stake holder to complete various stages of project BUILD/SIT/UAT/Go-live and hyper care.
