Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of AI engineers, developers, and data scientists.
- Drive AI-first product development and establish scalable engineering practices.
- Design and implement AI-supported engineering workflows using modern AI-assisted coding tools.
- Mentor teams on best practices in architecture, coding standards, automation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Build predictive models, data intelligence frameworks, and AI-driven automation solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Establish strong governance around data security,



performance optimization, and engineering quality.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, plugins, and automation frameworks to improve development efficiency.
- Create a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning within the engineering team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

8-10 years of experience in AI, or data platforms.

- Proven experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an evolving AI ecosystem with a product-thinking mindset.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with solid ownership and execution capability.
- Prior experience in startup, product, SaaS, or AI-driven organizations will be an advantage.
