Role
We are looking for qualified CAs and experienced audit professionals to join our Audit & Assurance team in Mumbai.
The role involves handling statutory audit for clients in Banks, NBFCs, and Insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Audit Execution
- Work in the audit function for Banks, NBFCs, and Insurance companies
- Relevant audit experience in BFSI sector preferred
2. Compliance & Standards
- Handle audit functions under Statutory and Regulatory frameworks including RBI guidelines
3. Tools & Technology
- Experience working on Audit Management Tools, IDEA, ACL, or similar tools will be an added advantage
4. Team Handling & Delivery
- Supervise teams involved in audit assignments
- Review IT processes, perform risk assessment and testing of controls
- Handle assigned audit areas end-to-end
5. Leadership - For Senior Manager Level (3 to 5 yr experience)
- Lead as Team Leader for assigned areas
- Client coordination, review of working papers, and delivery management
Skills:
- Strong academic record and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
- Prior exposure to audit of Banks/NBFCs/Insurance will be preferred
