Role Overview
DFM Foods is looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager to lead Growth & Performance Marketing for its rapidly growing Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) business.
The role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, innovation, product visibility, conversion, and ROAS-led growth across Q-commerce platforms. The incumbent will work closely with the Q-Commerce Business Head and platform category teams to scale the business.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of FMCG/snacking consumer behavior, product innovation, platform media levers, and data analytics to build scalable growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Own the performance marketing strategy to drive GMV, customer acquisition, conversion,
and repeat purchases.
- Plan and execute platform media investments across Search, Display, Banners, Sponsored Listings, and other in-app advertising formats with a robust focus on ROAS.
- Optimize product discovery, keyword rankings, Share of Shelf, and conversion funnels.
- Identify, test, and scale high-performing SKUs, pack sizes, and consumption occasions.
Product Innovation & Consumer Insights
- Generate consumer insights from Q-commerce platforms to drive product innovation.
- Understand consumer preferences, pricing, pack formats, and flavor trends to build the innovation pipeline.
Requirement:
- Must be graduate
- should have minimum 3-5 years of experience
- have exposure of Qcom platforms
