- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications.
- The ideal candidate should have robust programming skills, experience with APIs, databases, and cloud technologies, and the ability to build secure, high-performance backend systems that support business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
- Develop scalable and secure server-side architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and production issues.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation for APIs and backend services.
- Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in backend development.
- Strong knowledge of one or more backend languages/frameworks: Node.js (Express/NestJS) Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) Java (Spring Boot) PHP (Laravel) .NET Core (C#) Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Understanding of authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization is an advantage.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Preferred Skills Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).
- Understanding of system design and distributed systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
