We Are Hiring:

Senior Career Counselor

We are looking for ambitious, target-driven professionals with experience in online higher education admissions. As a Senior Career Counselor, you will guide prospective students toward the right academic programs while driving admissions through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students through calls and virtual consultations.
- Understand students' academic background and career aspirations.
- Recommend suitable UG, PG, Diploma, and Certification programs.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Handle the complete admission journey from enquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build robust student relationships.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve individual admission and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with university offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.





Performance Expectations

- Minimum 200 unique dials/calls per day.
- At least 2 hours of daily talk time.
- 812 successful admissions every month.
- Monthly revenue generation of 5–7 Lakhs.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Education Sales, Academic Counseling, Student Recruitment, Admission Counseling, or Online Degree Counseling.
- Mandatory experience in Online Higher Education/Online Degree Sales.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as LSQ, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
