Job Description:

- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Qualified): The gold standard for enterprise security architecture and governance.
- CISM (Certified Information Information Security Manager): Validates the ability to align PAM infrastructure with corporate risk governance.
- CompTIA Security+ / Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+): Baseline credentials verifying foundational operational security concepts.

Vendor-Specific PAM Qualifications
Potential qualification in implementing one of these is good.

- Microsoft: Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100) or Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) for Azure/Entra ID environments.

Required Technical Experience

- Identity Infrastructure: Minimum 57 years managing Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO) architectures.
- Tiered Administrative Models:



Proven experience designing "Tier 0/1/2" isolation models to prevent lateral movement.
- Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate password rotation and account provisioning.
- Session Management: Deep technical understanding of secure protocols including SSH, RDP, HTTPS, and API-driven access.
- Infrastructure: Have a proven implementation in a Datacenter based env with 6000+ server foot print involving Hypervisor, Windows & Linux.

Compliance & Governance Knowledge

- Framework Mastery: Implementation knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 (specifically Access Control family), ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ability to design immutable PAM audit logs that satisfy SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, or PCI-DSS requirements.
