We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with solid hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST compliance, bank reconciliation, advanced Excel, and insurance brokerage accounting. Ideal candidate should have exposure to insurance broking accounts.

Key Responsibilities-

Manage full-cycle accounting in Tally Prime: Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, Contra.Maintain ledgers, cost centers, vendor/customer aging, debit/credit notes.

End-to-end GST: E-invoice, E-way bill, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, GSTR-2B vs 3B reconciliation.TDS calculation, payment, and quarterly return support.Coordinate with CA for audits, ITR, and statutory filings.

Daily bank reconciliation for multiple current/CC/OD accounts.Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and outlet-wise MIS.Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.

Track & reconcile insurance commission from all insurers/brokers - Motor, Health, Life.Coordinate with Sales/Insurance team for claim accounting & payout MIS .
