- Build intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants that deliver seamless user experiences across enterprise applications.
- Develop Python scripts for automation, system integration, API development, and backend processing.
- Design and implement conversational flows using NLP/NLU concepts, including intents, entities, dialogue management, and context handling.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs and Microsoft Power Platform services.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
