Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on IT Support / IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage, maintain, and provide technical support for the organization's IT infrastructure and end-user technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in network infrastructure, CCTV systems, conference room and AV solutions, operating systems, business applications, and troubleshooting.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, resolving technical issues, and providing timely support to employees and business users.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and connectivity, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and related network devices.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and surveillance systems.
- Provide technical support for conference rooms, meeting rooms, audio-visual (AV) equipment, projectors, displays, microphones, and video conferencing solutions.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of internet and ISP-related issues, including connectivity, downtime, and service escalations.
- Provide administration and technical support for Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide technical support for macOS devices and assist users with common hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot standard business applications and end-user technologies.
- Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, printers, and other IT equipment.




- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues within defined timelines.
- Manage user accounts, system access, software installations, and IT-related requests as required.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, technical issues, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and ISPs for technical support and issue resolution.
- Ensure IT systems and end-user technologies remain operational and provide timely support to employees.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
- Positive knowledge of networking concepts, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting CCTV and surveillance systems.
- Practical knowledge of AV and conference room technologies.
- Experience handling internet connectivity and ISP-related issues.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office administration.
- Experience providing technical support for macOS.
- Knowledge of common business applications, desktop technologies, and end-user computing environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, networking, CCTV, AV solutions, operating systems, and end-user technology support. Candidates with practical experience managing diverse IT environments and resolving technical issues independently will be preferred.
