Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Talent Acquisition

- Drive large-scale hiring for Inside Sales roles through proactive sourcing and outreach.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure continuous hiring momentum.

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining closure.
- Ensure smooth candidate progression across all hiring stages.

Candidate Engagement & Screening

- Conduct structured HR interviews to assess candidate fitment against role requirements.




- Maintain consistent follow-ups to minimise offer drop-offs and ensure successful onboarding.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the single point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders.

Offer & Joining Management

- Drive offer-stage communication, documentation follow-ups, and pre-joining engagement.
- Ensure strong joining ratios through proactive candidate relationship management.

Performance & SLA Delivery

- Deliver recruitment outcomes within defined timelines in a high-pressure, high-volume hiring environment.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience in bulk / high-volume hiring, preferably for Inside Sales or similar frontline roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-through capability.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
