- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers (Windows Server), Active Directory, DNS server, DHCP server, ERP systems, VPN server.
- Provide technical support to end-users on Microsoft-related issues.
- Ensure seamless integration of recent technologies into existing systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems using problem-solving skills.
Job Requirements :
- 6-11 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of active directory support and DNS configuration.
- Proficiency in managing multiple operating systems (OS) including Windows Server.
