Key Responsibilities -

- Build comprehensive analytics frameworks and dashboards for user engagement, retention, monetization, and content discovery
- Define critical metrics and KPIs; establish baselines and identify high-impact growth opportunities
- Conduct strategic analyses across product, growth, CRM and digital acquisition to inform prioritization and business strategy
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and drive better decision-making
- Design and analyze A/B tests; enable rapid iteration based on data-backed recommendations
- Create self-serve Tableau dashboards enabling stakeholders to access insights independently
- Build data literacy across teams; communicate complex insights clearly and compellingly

First 90 Days -

- Establish comprehensive reporting infrastructure with key dashboards for all stakeholders
- Define and document critical metrics and health indicators unique to VZY's business




- Deliver strategic analyses identifying high-impact growth opportunities and focus areas
- Enable better cross-functional decision-making through insights and transparent problem prioritization

Core Technical Skills -

- SQL 4+ years of hands on experience writing complex queries, optimization and data manipulation
- Tableau – Advanced visualization and interactive dashboard design
- Excel/PPT – Expert-level data analysis and presentation
- Analytical Mindset – Deep curiosity about user behavior and product metrics; asking the right questions

NICE-TO-HAVE-

- Python (basic to intermediate scripting)
- Snowflake or cloud data warehousing experience
- GA4 or digital analytics tools
- OTT, product, or subscription analytics background
- A/B testing and statistical analysis
