Job Profile: Senior US Healthcare Recruiter/ US Healthcare Recruiter

Job Responsibility:

- Identify, attract, and engage Healthcare professionals for roles such as RN's, LPN's, CNA's, and allied roles, etc.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records and update candidate information.
- Develop long-term connections with candidates and clients to support future hiring needs.

Must Have:

- Should have a good database.
- Should have working experience with direct clients, MSPs & VMS.
- Knowledgeable about hiring from different job boards like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required.
- Strong understanding of clinical & non-clinical requirements.
- Excellent spoken and written English

Experience Required:

- Must have 2+ year verifiable experience
