Key Responsibilities
- Create clear, accurate technical documentation for products and APIs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand and document features
- Maintain and update user guides, release notes, and knowledge base articles
- Ensure documentation consistency in style, tone, and terminology
- Review and edit content from other contributors for clarity
Required Skills
- Strong technical writing and editing skills
- Experience documenting APIs, software features, or technical products
- Familiarity with documentation tools (Confluence, Markdown, GitBook)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple language
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Valuable to Have
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON
- Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
- Familiarity with version control (Git)
