Job Description
We are hiring Spanish Bilingual (B2 Certified) professionals for a US-based voice process. The role involves handling customer interactions in Spanish & English while delivering high-quality service as per US standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling US voice calls in Spanish & English related to collections
- Assisting customers with queries/issues as per process guidelines
- Maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance standards
- Documenting call details and updating CRM
- Meeting productivity and customer satisfaction targets

Mandatory Requirements:

- Spanish B2 Certification (Mandatory)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Spanish & English
- Experience in US voice process preferred
- Solid customer-handling skills

Eligibility Criteria:





- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
- B2-certified candidates only (non-certified profiles will not be considered)
- Freshers with B2/C1 certification OR experienced bilingual agents

Job Details:

- Process: US Spanish Bilingual Voice (Collections)
- Salary: Up to 77,000 CTC + Incentives
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shifts: US Rotational Shifts
- Week Offs: Rotational
- Joining: Immediate joiners (within 2 days)
- Mode of Interview: Walk-in
- Work Location: Noida Sector 60
