Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in sourcing candidates for the Banking, NBFC, and BFSI Sales domains. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Naukri Resdex , Apna , Shine Boolean Search, and other sourcing channels to identify and hire quality talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Banking and NBFC positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills

- 1-6 years of recruitment experience in Banking, NBFC, or BFSI hiring.
- Solid experience with Naukri Resdex , Apna ,



Shine and Boolean Search.
- Experience sourcing candidates for Banking, NBFC, or BFSI .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
