SysMind Tech is looking for talented US IT recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. If you have experience in the US staffing industry and are looking to build your career in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Recruit for technologies including cloud, data engineering, ERP, DevOps, full stack, QA, infrastructure, and product engineering.
- Handle hiring across W2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models.
- Work on direct client requirements, including enterprise clients such as TCS and other Fortune 500 organisations.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, technical pre-screening, rate negotiation, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, JobDiva,



and CEIPAL.
- Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to ensure quality submissions and timely closures.

Required Qualification

- 15+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience working on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
