2. Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Engineer to provide technical support, maintain IT systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

3. Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Based)

- Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
- Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity issues.
- Support Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365, and enterprise applications.
- Monitor IT systems and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Assist in maintaining servers, backups, and security protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for issue resolution.
- Document support activities, troubleshooting steps, and IT procedures.




- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes including device setup and access provisioning.
- Perform software updates, patch management, and system maintenance.

4. Skills and Experience Essential

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk operations.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, Active Directory, Office 365, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices and data protection.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
