About the Role
We're looking for a creative, camera-comfortable Social Media & Content Creator to independently manage our brand's entire content pipeline, from shooting and editing reels to writing captions to publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our website.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure reels, posts, and stories go out on time
- Shoot and edit reels and short-form videos
- Create AI-generated posts and visuals where relevant
- Write captions for Instagram and Facebook posts
- Write and publish content on LinkedIn from the company page
- Write relevant content for the company website
- Brainstorm and create fresh, on-trend ideas for reels and posts, including knowledge-sharing/educational reels
- Appear on camera for reels and short-form video content
- Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns and manage WhatsApp-based outreach
- Occasionally travel for on-site shoots or events
What We're Looking For
- Shooting and editing skills (mobile shooting, CapCut/Reels editor or similar tools)
- Familiarity with AI content/image generation tools (e.g. Canva AI, ChatGPT, similar)
- Strong writing skills able to adapt tone across Instagram, LinkedIn, and website content
- A creative thinker who's plugged into social media trends
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Self-driven, able to manage the full content process independently
- Prior experience in social media/content is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
- Great for someone early in their career looking to grow in a fast-paced startup setting
Details
- Location: Noida (on-site, mandatory)
- Schedule: 5 days a week
- Compensation: As per Industry Standards
