Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and video teams for content creation.
- Stay ahead of trends in animation, design, and Generative AI to inspire fresh content ideas.
- Conduct competition benchmarking and identify digital growth opportunities.
- Drive inbound lead generation through creative and targeted outreach.
- Track, analyze, and report social media KPIs to management.
- Plan and coordinate webinars, competitions, and digital events for audience engagement.
- Support marketing strategy and communications for global events and partnerships.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA (mandatory) specialization in Marketing or Business Strategy preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience managing social media for creative, tech, or media brands.
- Strong grasp of digital storytelling and content marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Basic understanding of motion design and visual content workflows is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends, analytics,



and brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
