Role & responsibilities

1. Assist consultants during gynecological examinations, IVF procedures, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and minor OT procedures.

2. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining processes, ensuring consent, and maintaining comfort.

3. Monitor patient vitals pre- and post-procedure and report any complications.

4. Handle fertility-related medications, injections, and treatment protocols as per clinical guidelines.

5. Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and documentation.

6. Coordinate with embryologists, doctors, and administrative teams for seamless patient care.

7. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients undergoing fertility treatments.

8. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, sterilization, and clinical hygiene standards.

9. Manage OT preparation, instrument readiness, and inventory related to IVF procedures.

10. Educate patients on post-procedure care, medication schedules, and follow-up visits.

Preferred candidate profile

1. B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.

2. Valid nursing registration certificate.

3. Certification or training in IVF/Gynae nursing will be an added advantage.
