Role & responsibilities

- Lead overall business operations and strategic planning.
- Drive project execution from planning to handover.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flows, profitability, and cost control.
- Develop annual business plans and growth strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with clients, investors, consultants, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee contracts, commercial matters, procurement, and risk management.
- Review project MIS, progress reports, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure statutory, legal, quality, and safety compliance across projects.
- Mentor senior leadership teams and build a high-performance culture.
- Identify recent business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Sales & Marketing, and Project teams for organizational efficiency.
