Salary: Upto 17k ctc for Freshers Upto 21k ctc for Experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
