Job Description
Generate sales by engaging with existing and potential clients within your assigned territory.
Conduct weekly sales meetings and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
Liaise between customers and the company to provide up-to-date information on services, pricing, and new product releases.
Establish, maintain, and expand your customer base.
Increase business opportunities through various market routes.
Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up and personalized service.
Supervise and guide the sales team, providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
Monitor the performance of the sales team and ensure that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
Perform all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency





Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 1+ years in sales (preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, or financial services). Fresher with a solid inclination towards sales are also welcome to apply.
Salary: 3 LPA 12 LPA (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Personal Traits: Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and a self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Additional Requirement: Own vehicle is mandatory.
