- In-depth knowledge of UI/UX design principles, product design methodologies, and designing for complex web applications.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong background in conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player but can work independently too.

Your Role in Action!

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, and preferences, and usability testing to gain insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and iterate on design concepts.



Ensure designs align with user requirements and business goals.
- Develop visually appealing UI designs, including layouts, color schemes, and interactive elements.
- Design and optimize user flows, navigation, and interactions to ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience. Identify and address usability issues.
- Will work closely with in-house backend developer.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX and product design.
- Demonstrate proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Javascript.
- Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
