- Manage day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse, including receiving, storing, and issuing of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records (manual and/or ERP/software-based) for inward and outward material movement.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of components for assembly lines.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and matching against purchase orders/invoices.
- Maintain proper labeling, categorization, and storage of components to avoid damage, loss, or misplacement.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for reordering materials based on minimum stock levels.
