Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
- Conduct preliminary screening of resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify top candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience as a Senior Human Resource Executive or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR operations, including recruitment management, employee relations, benefits administration, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization.
