About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter with 1 - 5 years of experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring technical professionals across various technologies. This role requires someone who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Cutshort, job portals, referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 15 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of software development roles and technologies.
- Experience hiring for roles such as Full Stack, Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Product.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience in headhunting and passive candidate outreach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring pipelines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for startup or service-based companies.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRMS platforms.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
