POSITION SUMMARY:
Primary duties for this position will be assigned within Field Coordination to support the Field Resource Management Team, assisting the Integrated Program Teams in scheduling, dispatching, & coordinating Field Resource Activity. Through effective communication and collaboration with the Integrated Program Teams, Field Resources, & other departments actors the Verify Family of companies, Field Resource Coordinators are expected to successfully complete Field Activity Requests. Team members will be cross trained in the additional responsibilities of the department listed below.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1 Field Coordination:
1.1.1 Dispatch Field Resources as required
1.1.2 Interface with IPT Teams and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely and
appropriate dispatching of Field Resources in accordance with customer expectations and
requirements.
1.1.3 Ensure proper use and maintenance of dispatching tools and management systems
1.1.4 Performing other duties or special projects as assigned
1.1.5 Communicate using multiple methods including Phone, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Texting
1.1.6 Work with urgency and coordinate with Customers, Suppliers and Field Resources to ensure inspection orders are scheduled and an inspector is on site at the supplier within the required timeframe.
1.1.7 Coordinate with Resources, Program Managers and the Travel Team to ensure any required travel for Field Resources is arranged to meet all commitments.
1.2 Recruitment Coordination:
1.2.1 Develop & execute to recruitment goals and objectives
1.2.2 Develop & execute to sustainable recruiting strategy based on business goals and needs
1.2.3 Source passive candidates
1.2.4 Search resume databases for the most fit candidates

1.2.5 Communicate with Hiring Managers
1.2.6 Assess & determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and
strategies
1.2.7 Work to build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
1.2.8 Use multi-channel approach to recruit
1.2.9 Identify & work to achieve key recruiting KPIs
1.2.10 Plan & and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to
attract high quality applicants
1.2.11 Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
1.3 Contract Compliance Coordination:
1.3.1 Accountable for the timely and accurate compilation and transmission of contract
packages and ensure appropriate coordination of needed resources to meet customer
requirements.
1.3.2 Interface with the Recruitment, Human Resources, Payroll, IPT, Accounting, and QCA
departments as necessary to ensure appropriate delivery and SOW compliance.
1.3.3 Act as main point of contact for Contract Compliance inquiries and partner with correct
departments and contacts as necessary.
1.3.4 Manage on-boarding/off-boarding documents and packages for Independent Contractors and W2 Field Employees.
1.3.5 Employees, including facilitation of I-9 Employment verification and perks implementation.
1.3.6 Ensure all needed screening and compliance activities are completed properly and in a timely
fashion.
This includes but is not limited to background checks, drug screenings, stamps and
eye exams.
1.3.7 Follow up and track records of field resource compliance requirements.
1.3.8 Make certain non-compliant field resources are actioned accordingly.
1.4 Travel Coordination:
1.4.1 Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best
available option for each travel need.
1.4.2 When travel arrangements are within approved travel reasons and budget limits, makes all
arrangements and reservations as requested.
1.4.3 Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules to all
appropriate travelers.
1.4.4 Obtains approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses that exceed established
limits.
1.4.5 Advises travelers of and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or
passports.
1.4.6 Advises travelers of and assists with any need for specialized travel risks such as COVID
protocols & geopolitical unrest
1.4.7 Understands, exercises, & prepares Travelers as it relates to Duty of Care
1.4.8 Monitors and facilitates the use of company air travel credit cards, frequent flyer programs,
and other applicable rewards and loyalty programs.
1.4.9 Processes reimbursements for travel expenses.
1.4.10 Creates & submits travel related expense reports
1.4.11 Completes all administrative tasks related to Verify compliance requirements
1.4.12 Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues; assist employees

with travel-related issues or concerns
1.4.13 Receive and respond to incoming travel requests on behalf of the organization
1.4.14 Sets up traveler profiles & coordinates with Traveler, Travel Vendors, Program teams, Project
& Corporate Accounting as requires

2.1 Engages and completes company required training when required

3. JOB SPECIFICATION and QUALIFICATIONS
3.1 Must be at least 18 years of age.
3.2 Required qualifications for all positions include:
3.2.1 Minimum High School Diploma
3.2.2 College preferred – Business, Management, Communications
3.2.3 Preferred Background – Experience with Travel Platforms such as Concur & Travel Vendors
3.2.4 Min 1-3 years relevant experience
3.2.5 Proven ability to effectively multi-task
3.2.6 Must have a sense of urgency to deliver results
3.2.7 Must be a strong leader
3.2.8 Must be an effective trainer
3.2.9 Proficient/Expert in MS Office software (including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Access) and other relevant platforms.
