Sindhuja Microcredit Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Risk Management Professional to join our team.
Location: Noida
Experience: 35 Years
Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / Master's in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor portfolio quality across products, branches, regions, and states
Track PAR, SMA, NPA, recoveries, write-offs, and collection efficiency
Develop Early Warning Signals (EWS) and conduct portfolio stress testing
Review credit policy deviations and recommend corrective actions
Analyse sectoral, geographical, and borrower concentration risks
Monitor liquidity position and ALM risk indicators
Recommend improvements to underwriting standards and credit policies
Preferred Experience:
NBFC-MFI, Bank, or Financial Institution
Experience in Microfinance, Micro LAP, or Gold Loans preferred
Solid knowledge of RBI regulations, credit risk monitoring, ALM, and provisioning norms
Advanced Excel & MIS skills (Power BI/Tableau knowledge is an advantage)
